🦠 Monitoring Microbial Growth: Bacteria & Fungi Levels
Recognizing the growing concern over indoor environmental quality during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, our team also assessed microbial presence through:
- Total Bacterial Count
- Total Fungal Count
These were measured using laboratory culture methods to determine any abnormal microbial activity that could affect occupant health and comfort.
⚡ Building Energy Label (BEL) Audit for Performance Insights
In conjunction with the IAQ audit, we also conducted a Building Energy Label (BEL) assessment to evaluate the building’s overall energy performance. This energy profiling helps building owners better understand consumption patterns, identify inefficiencies, and support future green certification efforts.
