🔬 Graphene Nanofluid PoC: Breakthrough Results
In 2019, Blue Snow Consulting & Engineering Sdn Bhd achieved a major milestone by completing a Proof of Concept (PoC) at our Energy Laboratory in Jaya One, Selangor. Using a 1.5 RT modified air-cooled chilled water rig, we compared conventional water with our graphene-based nanofluid.

The test results were remarkable, showing:
- 18%–47% energy savings
- 32.7% average efficiency improvement
- Significant reduction in cooling energy consumption
- Enhanced heat transfer performance

This PoC validated the nanofluid’s ability to cut carbon emissions and demonstrated its potential for real-world applications. It laid the foundation for larger-scale deployments across Malaysia and beyond.
